1、Responsibilities:
Specify employee’s qualifications for different position, build-up recruiting program and hire employee based on approved hiring plan.
In accordance with ICL policies, built up local policies for Zhapu site, and ensure they are in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations.
Plan, develop and Build up management procedures for operation site
Monitor, measure and report on HR/admin issues, opportunities and development plans
Develop and Maintain healthy relationship with local government
Develop tools for employee’s performance appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Specific areas of focus over the next 12 months include: developing and implementing staffing and training strategies, organizational development, compensation plan and payroll management, performance management, and general management.
Build up new employee orientation training plan and be responsible for implementation
2、Requirements:
Education: University or above in related discipline
Minimum of 3 years human resources experience
Preferable to have experience in following areas: human resources management, organizational development, compensation, staffing.
Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Good level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
Ability to initiate and drive change, willing to meet challenges
Experience in contact with and co-operation with local government
Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking/writing.
Skilled to use office software

1、Purpose: / Main Objective:
Build a machine and electronic maintenance system, ensure each equipment operation smoothly.
2、Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build equipments maintenance operation system of effective; implement the project of equipments maintenance.
Responsible for implement equipment maintenance of plan and remove on obstacle, ensure all the equipments operation smoothly.
Organization draft equipments purchase plan and safety stock, supervise the stock management, ensure maintenance go on wheel.
